How We Use Your Information
We use your data exclusively to provide and improve our financial analysis services. Here's what that means in practice:
Service Delivery: Your financial data is processed through our analysis algorithms to generate reports, insights, and recommendations specific to your business needs.
Platform Improvement: We analyze usage patterns to identify which features work well and where we can enhance the user experience.
Security: Your information helps us detect unauthorized access attempts and protect your account from fraudulent activities.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Period. We also don't use your financial data for purposes beyond what you've explicitly agreed to when using our services.
Data Storage and Security
Where We Store Your Data
Your information is stored on secure servers located in data centers that meet international security standards. While our primary operations are based in Thailand, some data processing may occur through cloud service providers with servers in Singapore and Japan. We've selected these providers based on their robust security measures and compliance certifications.
Security Measures
We take data protection seriously and implement multiple layers of security:
- End-to-end encryption for data transmission using industry-standard TLS protocols
 - Encrypted storage of sensitive financial data at rest using AES-256 encryption
 - Multi-factor authentication options for account access
 - Regular security audits conducted by independent third-party experts
 - Restricted access controls ensuring only authorized personnel can access user data
 - Automated backup systems with encrypted off-site storage
 - Continuous monitoring for suspicious activities and potential security threats

Despite our best efforts, no system is completely immune to security breaches. If we detect any unauthorized access to your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours as required by Thai law and take immediate steps to mitigate any potential harm.
Sharing Your Information
We share your information only in specific, limited circumstances:
Service Providers
We work with carefully selected third-party companies that help us operate our platform. This includes payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the specific services they provide to us.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by Thai law, court orders, or government regulations. We'll always review such requests carefully and only provide the minimum information legally required. When possible, we'll notify you before disclosing your data unless prohibited by law.
